About the Job Are you our new colleague? Support Technician, Project Manager  QT Systems AB was founded in 2001. We are a hardware and software company based in the inland of Norrland, specifically in Lycksele. Since 2023, QT Systems AB has been a part of Confirma Software AB. Our focus areas are electric vehicle chargers, access control systems, and booking systems. Our primary customers are housing cooperatives and sports facilities, and we largely sell through our resellers. All our products and services are developed in-house. We are very proud of this, as it allows us to be flexible and capable of making customer-specific adaptations. One of our strengths is that all our products and services can be controlled through a single app - easy for the customer and simple to manage for the property owner. More information about QT Systems can be found on our website: www.qtsystems.se Job Responsibilities: The job involves commissioning, testing, configuring, and supporting our customers' installations. Most of the contact is directly with the installer, but communication with the facility owner and technicians from the booking system supplier is also a significant part of the role. Location: Lycksele Your Profile: We are looking for someone who is technically inclined and good at interacting with different people. If you have experience with access control/booking systems, or basic knowledge of electrical installations/lighting automation, that is a plus. You should be comfortable with talking on the phone frequently, proficient in English, and enjoy problem-solving. If you have electrician training, that’s a plus.
