The Opportunity  We are seeking a driven, student-centered Support Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The Support Teacher plays an essential role in helping students feel successful, supported, and connected throughout the school day. The Support Teacher will follow a daily schedule and primarily partner with two classroom teachers. Within those classrooms, they will provide academic, behavioral, social, and emotional support, lead small-group ELA instruction, reinforce grade-level learning, and help maintain strong classroom routines and expectations. In addition to classroom responsibilities, the Support Teacher will complete an assigned staff duty, typically lunch or recess coverage, and may provide additional support during arrival, dismissal, transitions, or other parts of the school day. The ideal candidate builds strong relationships with students, follows established systems consistently, communicates proactively with their partner teachers, and responds calmly and thoughtfully to challenges.
