We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Support Engineer to provide product support for complex enterprise software applications.  The role involves investigating and resolving customer-reported application, database, data-processing, reporting, batch-job, customization, and performance issues. The Support Engineer will work closely with customers and internal teams, including Product Engineering, Cloud Operations, Database Administration, Professional Services, and Customer Success.  The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Java-based enterprise applications and Oracle databases, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
