Make it COUNT – We take pride in our day-to-day work, knowing the impact we make – taking on challenges big and small to improve patient health.       This role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Planner to develop, manage, and maintain a workable production plan that supports both customer needs and business objectives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to balance capacity, demand, and operational priorities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.   The responsibilities: Generate and present short‑term capacity and resource analyses. Evaluate intermittent demand and customer requests to identify the best opportunities for scheduling filling and finishing activities. Maintain a balanced 90‑day manufacturing plan focused on labor and equipment utilization, while accounting for preventive maintenance and other non-production activities. Collaborate with Manufacturing to develop and maintain an executable production plan. Open and manage work orders in the ERP system. Coordinate start dates for Filling and Finishing work orders to ensure smooth material flow. Prepare monthly performance metrics (e.g., Schedule Adherence, S&OP, budgeted volume). Manage and maintain master data including project codes, routings, turn/run times, and other planning elements. Coordinate internal non‑product production activities, including scheduling, work order management, and reporting. Serve as the system owner for the internal Compass database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Create and maintain the shipping schedule.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience; experience in contract manufacturing a plus. Solid understanding of business operations and strategic planning. Strong ability to design reports, analyze data, and present findings. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
