Their commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term partnerships makes them a trusted provider in critical infrastructure worldwide.  We are seeking a highly driven Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure that our global supply base consistently delivers components and assemblies that meet stringent electrical, mechanical, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, experience with electrical/mechanical components, and a commitment to continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing: The Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and continuously improving suppliers that provide components for our Low Voltage Switchgear / PDU product lines (e.g., metal enclosures, PCB assemblies, breakers, connectors, wiring harnesses, sensors). This role ensures suppliers meet quality, cost, delivery, and compliance expectations through structured audits, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: Supplier Qualification Management Define supplier needs, expectations, and risk profiles. Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and the approved vendor list. Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contingency plans with back-up suppliers. Supplier Compliance Management Oversee incoming inspection controls and conduct supplier audits/visits. Implement and maintain a clearly defined, documented supplier management process. Manage change management activities to ensure continued compliance.  Performance Monitoring Execute the supplier re-evaluation process. Develop and analyse monthly reports covering key metrics and targets. Analyse data from supplier NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and audits to drive performance visibility. Performance Improvement & Issue Resolution Manage the supplier NCR system to address non-conformances. Lead regular supplier meetings to foster open discussion and resolve ongoing issues.   New Production Introduction Define and manage operational requirements and workflows between the company and suppliers for new production introductions. Partner with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure supplier readiness for new PDUs and product line extensions.
