Xometry’s online quoting system offers instant access to a wide range of manufacturing processes—including CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication—as well as diverse finishing options, simplifying the entire manufacturing journey   At Xometry, we are building the world’s largest manufacturing network — and we’re looking for a new team member to join our passionate Partner Network team!   What You’ll Be Doing:   In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and onboarding new qualified manufacturing partners, turning them into reliable and long-term collaborators within our platform. You’ll work closely with internal teams to match partner capabilities with customer needs, while also helping existing partners improve their performance, quality, and engagement. By supporting the growth and strength of our supplier ecosystem, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing.     Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new partners; identify potential suppliers and ensure their transformation into long-term, trusted business partners within the system. Identify manufacturing partners aligned with the company’s targeted technologies, quality standards, and delivery performance; conduct on-site evaluations and integration activities. Expand the network with partners having diverse manufacturing technologies and capabilities through fieldwork, fairs, events, and business development initiatives. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, project, operations, etc.) to identify required manufacturing competencies and ensure the acquisition of suitable partners. Ensure partner sustainability and long-term engagement through development plans and regular follow-up. Review and evaluate newly registered accounts; manage the onboarding and system integration processes of new partners. Manage partner relations and resolve issues raised by partners in a timely and effective manner. Monitor partner quality, delivery performance, and overall ratings to enhance customer satisfaction and continuously improve the partner network. Track partner activity scores on a daily basis and take proactive steps to improve underperforming partners Conduct field visits to strengthen relationships and increase partner engagement and system adaptation. Analyze partner needs and contribute to partner-focused marketing and business development activities. Coordinate with global Partner Network, Sales, and Operations teams (especially Europe and the US) to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.   Qualifications: Preferably a graduate of engineering or business administrations departments, Knowledgeable about basic manufacturing technologies (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, etc.), At least 3 years of supply change & partner management & supplier development experience in the manufacturing field Proficient in English (both spoken and written), Able to successfully manage negotiation processes, Capable of establishing strong communication with production partne
