Requirements EnerMech are seeking expressions of interest from Supervisors who are experienced in working on Mining / Heavy Industrial sites and are local to the Gladstone region in Queensland, Australia. We have a number of contracts in the region and require your expertise to successfully manage ongoing maintenance and shut down projects. The Role: The Supervisor will supervise all aspects of the EnerMech projects, including compliance with client procedures, drafting of plans/reports/documentation required for mobilization and execution of the project, administration of all equipment and personnel mobilization, supervision of job preparation and execution, client liaison, control of quality, health and safety standards. Maintain a leading role with minimal supervision whilst utilising good communication skills with the EnerMech support network, project workers, suppliers, service providers, and client representatives to run an efficient and safe project. About you: Experience with relevant site/project activities Experience managing 1-3 teams of 1-9 people including Leading Hands Proficient in Microsoft Office package Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines Ability to work under own initiative and in a team  Willingness to accept new challenges Flexibility with working hours relating to operational requirements  Work experience within the Mining, Oil, Gas and Chemicals Industry Local to Gladstone with Full Australian Working Rights Qualifications: Industrial Qualifications such as: National Construction Card; National Tickets for Industrial Services.
