ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution for a new data center build, owning day-to-day site operations across complex, utility-intensive infrastructure and vertical construction. This role  is responsible for  driving  schedule , coordinating trades, and ensuring disciplined execution in a high-stakes, mission-critical environment.     Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following:   Lead all on-site construction activities from sitework through commissioning   Own schedule execution, sequencing, and milestone delivery across multiple trades   Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to  maintain  workflow continuity   Oversee installation of critical infrastructure including underground utilities, power, and telecom systems   Partner with engineering, design, and inspection teams to resolve field issues in real time   Enforce strict safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance across all site operations   Manage daily reporting, production tracking, and progress against schedule   Ensure quality control, inspections, and successful turnover for commissioning   Drive accountability across crews to  maintain  pace, precision, and execution standards   ABOUT YOU Proven experience supervising large-scale sitework and/or data center construction projects   Strong background in heavy civil, underground utilities, and infrastructure sequencing    Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors on fast-paced job sites    Deep understanding of CPM scheduling and production-driven execution    Ability to coordinate across engineering, inspection, and utility stakeholders    Hands-on leader with a strong track record of safety ownership and zero-incident culture    Comfortable operating in high-pressure, milestone-driven environments   Detail-oriented with strong command of drawings, specs, and field problem-solving   Experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure (power, fiber, telecom, etc.) preferred ABOUT THE WORK ENVIRONMENT This role is based onsite at one of our data center locations near Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
