Cleans vacation suites and ensures all suite furnishings and items in unit are in working order and safe for use. Assists the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Inspector with daily tasks. Ensures cleaning carts are properly stocked and maintained in accordance with safety standards. Reviews daily Pre arrivals, Daily Check outs, Stayovers and Early Check Outs as needed. Inspects unoccupied suites and reports any incidents. Keeps track of inventory and housekeeping supplies. Provides inspector, housekeeping, houseman, janitorial or commercial laundry services and support when occupancy or human resource demands require it. Assists EH in inventorying all department supplies, equipment, and storage areas to ensure proper inventory levels, equipment is operating properly, and storage areas are properly organized. Meets with Executive Housekeeper or their representative daily, provides visual inspections of all interior and exterior common areas for safety and established “sense of arrival” expectations. Provides exceptional customer service to owners and guests with appropriate sense of urgency, follow up and communication. Reports any hazardous incidents, safety concerns, injuries, or potentially dangerous situations to Resort Manager. Provides on-site activities, area attractions, events, and other vacation information to owners/guests. Solicits client referrals, timeshare tour opportunities, online satisfaction reviews and customer feedback for improvement. Performs related duties as assigned or as situation dictates.
