While this role has a primary functional focus on retention and certification, all coordinators operate as unified members of the Student Success team and share ownership of overall student outcomes.   As a Student Success Coordinator, you will develop strong relationships with and support students from onboarding through graduation, building strong, consistent relationships with students, proactively addressing barriers to success, and driving outcomes related to retention, certification, and program completion.   Key Responsibilities   Performance & Accountability   Manage an active caseload of students and meet defined performance metrics, which may include retention and persistence, certification readiness and attainment, and graduation progression   Student Engagement & Advocacy   Serve as a consistent point of contact and advocate for assigned students throughout their academic journey, building rapport, trust and accountability   Proactively engage students to identify and address academic and other barriers to persistence, certification readiness, and completion   Retention & Certification Support   Drive retention and certification outcomes through early intervention, milestone tracking, and consistent follow-up   Support accommodation requests, resource referrals, and appropriate escalation as needed   Data, Documentation & Compliance   Accurately document all student interactions and outcomes   Participate in cohort tracking, G&E chart confirmation, and required audits in addition to weekly and monthly reporting on student success metrics   Events, Programming & Collaboration   Support, participate in, and/or facilitate student success events and initiatives such as retention workshops, certification readiness activities, career fairs, and alumni events, co
