We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Performance Insight to establish and lead ATI’s Strategy & Performance Communications capability. This role will play a critical part in shaping how performance, transformation progress, operational risks, and strategic priorities are communicated across executive leadership, clients, and key stakeholders. This is not a purely strategic role, and it is not a purely design-focused role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, synthesize complex operational inputs, and independently transform them into compelling executive-level narratives and presentation materials. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution capability.
