Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Strategy and Execution Analyst with 1 - 2 years of experience to join our Strategy and Execution team in London. Analysts have fantastic client exposure including independently leading client meetings and working on final client deliverables We value and foster an entrepreneurial spirit You’ll have exposure to all levels of the company on a day-to-day basis We work towards a partnership model with our clients, giving you the ability to see your initial ideas go from inception all the way through to execution What you will do Drive force behind strategy development and execution via performing data analysis, internal and external research and conducting interviews with key stakeholders. Interact directly with clients in meetings, workshops and presentations. Support and contribute to client deliverables, working closely with our teams to understand how Metyis helps deliver excellent solutions to our clients. Be involved and engaged in learning sessions, designed to help develop a strong introductory understanding of a good consulting skill set. What you’ll bring 1-2 years experience in consulting or relevant industry experience Interest in management/strategy consultancy, as well as in business strategy and operations across industries Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment, keen to build the business as well as doing the core day job Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Very solid academic performance Key Attributes ‘Amiable Spark’ Highly motivated Entrepreneurial and self-starter Keen to challenge and be challenged Committed to clients and working towards the benefit of the team and client Commercially aware, with potential to develop relationships and drive further business for Metyis Highly analytical In a changing world, diversity and inclusion are core values for team well-being and performance.
