About the job As the Store Manager of our store(s) in Amsterdam, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing overall store operations. Your extensive experience will enable you to achieve store targets and deliver results with both commercial and operational excellence. As an ambassador of our brand and a passionate fashion enthusiast, you will inspire customers to purchase from their beloved brand. Your dynamic personality will ensure that our customers have a memorable experience at our store. From a brand and service perspective, we view our store as a beautiful extension of our webshop, which we have been running with love for the past 8 years. If you are passionate about fashion and have a proven track record in retail management, we want to hear from you! General responsibilities Represent the brand story as an ambassador, proudly conveying it to both your team and customers. Ensure the store's appearance is immaculate, both inside and out. Assist in organizing in-store events. Lead, coach, and motivate the store team. Achieve the store's commercial targets. Actively work to improve KPIs. Manage store inventory and handle other administrative tasks. Profile A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in streetwear retail. Passion and enthusiasm for the Suspicious Antwerp brand. Based in Amsterdam. Strong, flexible, and presentable personality. Willingness to work on weekends. Skills Ability to lead, motivate, train, follow up with, and develop a small team through active management. Customer and service oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. Proficient in computer skills and capable of working with online tools. On top of core retail operational procedures such as inventory. Clear reporting performance metrics and demonstrate your understanding of KPIs to improve your store results.
