Aureol Global Connections is seeking a motivated Store and Service Support Admin to join our administrative team. In this role, you will provide essential support to store operations and service departments by managing inventory, coordinating service schedules, and maintaining accurate records. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are sufficient and discrepancies are resolved. Coordinate service appointments and communicate effectively with customers and service teams. Process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative documents related to store and service operations. Support the service department by tracking work orders, maintenance schedules, and service histories. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to support operational decision-making. Maintain organized filing systems for administrative and service-related documents. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate procurement and service activities. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a retail, store, or service environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inventory management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Basic understanding of procurement and service coordination processes. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
