The Stitchers primary objective is to accurately and efficiently sew projects with the highest level of quality, which meet internal and external deadlines.  Must be able to work well in a fast paced, high demand, high pressured environment.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities ·       Able to sit or stand 8 to 10 hours per day ·       Able to read instructions, rulers, spot flaws and color shade differences ·       Able to push, pull, pinch, climb on and off tables and lift 50 lbs ·       Able to read, write and speak in English ·       Able to accurately read and use rulers with 1/16” accuracy. Able to use squares ·       Knows basic math to include fractions, percentages, decimals, diameters, radii ·       Able to sew basic items and patterns ·       Knows and applies the CIP, Lean techniques and Sustainability principles ·       Participates in continuous improvement teams, or develops ideas and improves processes to enhance the company's results ·       Cuts and sews projects accurately ·       Reads and follows sewing instructions and manufacturing procedures ·       Checks work before passing it to the next step in the process
