Mainspring Energy is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead critical product development initiatives for our Linear Generator—from early program definition through execution and successful transition to high-volume manufacturing. In this role, you will own complex, multi-disciplinary programs, drive alignment across engineering and operations teams, surface risks early, and enable informed decision-making at the executive level.
