As part of this mission, we’re thrilled to announce we are open a new office in Hyderabad! We’re recruiting for several Engineering roles covering front end (React.js) features. About the Role We’re now seeking a Staff React Engineer to join the development of our product suite. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating robust, scalable, and intuitive applications that empower customers to handle Real Estate transactions including international payments with ease. This is a new role, based out of our Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our new product development and will have significant opportunity to take ownership of some of our upcoming features What You'll Do Architect and develop high-quality front-end features and user interfaces using React Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Product & Design) to integrate backend services and ensure seamless data flow Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness Lead code review, maintain coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of technical excellence Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings What You’ll Need 8+ years of professional experience. Advanced React.js knowledge: Proficiency in using React hooks, context and the component lifecycle State Management: Experience with state management libraries and Redux, MobX or Context API Modern JavaScript: Deep understanding of ES6+ features such as async/await, destructuring, etc Component Design: Ability to design reusable components and management component hierarchies effectively Performance Optimization: Skills in optimising React applications for performance, including lazy loading and memorization Experience integrating design tokens into UI components to ensure consistent theming and styling Familiarity with design systems and tools such as Figma, Storybook, or similar   Excellent communication skills Bonus Points Experience within a B2B fintech environment would be highly desirable We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where we connect the dots for international property payments.
