Lead design discussions considering scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Guide testing strategy for complex journeys. Influence secure development practices. Operations Lead by example in building and running highly reliable, production‑ready systems. Drive improvements in observability, alerting, incident management, and operational readiness. Support and guide the team during incidents, maintaining clarity under pressure. Ensure operational considerations are embedded into design decisions. Promote learning from incidents and prioritise resulting improvements.
