The Opportunity As a Staff AI Data Scientist, you will be a senior technical leader and force multiplier driving the development of agentic AI Co‑workers, multi‑step reasoning systems, and enterprise‑ready autonomous workflows. You will architect and deploy advanced LLM‑driven agents that plan, decide, and take action—safely, reliably, and at scale. At Staff level, you won't just build systems — you'll set the technical bar for how we build them. You'll shape the technical direction of our agentic AI platform, influence architecture decisions across multiple teams, mentor and uplift senior and mid-level talent, and ensure our systems are robust, aligned, and capable of delivering high‑value outcomes in complex environments. Your work will directly influence the evolution of how humans collaborate with AI — and how our organisation builds AI, at scale.
