Your Purpose  As the Stablecoin Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of Bitso's mission to revolutionize finance in Latin America through cutting-edge cryptocurrency solutions. In this pivotal role, you will drive the operational excellence of our stablecoin ecosystem, managing critical processes from minting and redemption of the stablecoins we issue to fiat operations with key banking partners. You'll leverage innovative technologies like Fireblocks, along with our own infrastructure, to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable operations. Reports To Head of Stablecoins Who You Are  Proven experience (5+ years) in financial operations, with a focus on cryptocurrency or stablecoin operations. Demonstrable expertise in managing digital asset custody solutions, specifically Fireblocks, including policy configuration and operational workflows. Strong understanding of fiat currency transfer protocols and banking operations, with a proven ability to manage relationships with banking partners. Experience in overseeing complex, automated systems and processes, with a focus on maintaining operational integrity, driving efficiency and identifying areas for optimization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to clearly articulate complex operational processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in the face of change. Experience with custody operations and compliance frameworks is a plus. What You Will Do  Strategic Leadership and Execution: Ensure the successful execution of stablecoin operational initiatives, aligning with the broader Custody Division's strategic goals and objectives.   Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support scalability.   Generate operational reports and analyze key performance indicators to drive data-driven decisions and strategy.   Operational Management: Oversee the daily operational activities of stablecoin minting and redemption processes, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.   Coordinate and execute fiat transfers with banking partners, including reserve management and reconciliation.   Manage and configure Fireblocks for secure and efficient stablecoin operations, including enforcing and maintaining governance rules and policies.   Monitor and ensure the integrity of automated systems and processes related to stablecoin and fiat operations, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.   Risk Management and Compliance: Oversee and ensure the implementation of advanced risk management and compliance strategies, ensuring all operations adhere to relevant regulatory requirements a
