Position : Stabilization Interventionist Location : Redding, CA (includes the following counties: Shasta & Tehama), In-Person/Onsite Required Reports to : Program Director Employment Status : Full-time, Hourly Salary : $29.61 hourly + opportunities for quarterly bonuses  Required Education: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in psychology, counseling, social work, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and one year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors. Must have a valid California Driver’s license in good standing and insurance.  Preferred experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population.
