These engineers will play a key role throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from frontend and backend design to testing and maintenance of the web application suite. You’ll collaborate with Product and other cross-functional stakeholders (Business, UX, QA, etc.), bridging the gap between UI/UX design and technical implementation — helping define how the application both looks and works. You’ll be involved in complex, multi-month projects, using a modern tech stack that includes ReactJS, JavaScript, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, GraphQL, Golang, and PostgreSQL. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Develop scalable and user-friendly features on both client and server sides - Build and maintain internal tools used across the organization - Contribute to architecture decisions and implementation of best practices - Collaborate with product and design teams to understand and translate requirements - Maintain high code quality across the codebase - Work closely with teammates on complex, multi-phase projects - Participate in code reviews and promote a strong engineering culture YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Must haves - BS or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field - 8+ years of experience, or 5+ with an advanced degree, in full stack development - Expertise in JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS and various frameworks - Experience with a compiled language such as Go, java, C, or C++ - Hands-on experience implementing GraphQL APIs - Proficiency with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, including schema design - Familiarity with NoSQL databases and modern data interfaces (DynamoDB) - Strong background in API scalability, design patterns, and testing best practices - Experience working with Git in a professional environment - Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality features with minimal supervision - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, AWS, and Kubernetes - Strong English and communication skills - Proven experience designing and implementing reusable components or libraries - Familiarity with AI tools.
