THE ROLE: As a Sr. UX Designer, you will significantly apply UX in MTI’s user-centered research, analysis, design, and development process. You will work independently and as part of a team as you lead tasks, support junior engineers, and create highly effective solutions, including digital products, physical products, and work systems.
