Side is seeking a highly skilled Sr Test Engineer to join our dynamic quality assurance team. In this role, you will lead comprehensive testing efforts to ensure our gaming products meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with development teams to develop robust test strategies, execute test plans, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Responsibilities Own endtoend QA responsibilities for game features across mobile platforms Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, reviews, retrospectives), providing timely updates and feedback • Identify, log, track, and prioritize defects, ensuring a wellmaintained and actionable bug database Support QA team members within the assigned pod, ensuring alignment with processes, priorities, and deliverables Adhere to established QA processes and best practices, while contributing to continuous process improvement Communicate effectively with overseas clients and stakeholders regarding QA status, risks, and delivery commitments Mentor and guide junior QA testers, supporting skill development and maintaining quality standards Serve as a backup for QA Leads, handling team coordination, task ownership, and decision making when required
