Addepar supports clients worldwide with offices in New York City, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva, Singapore and São Paulo.  The Role We are currently seeking a Senior Staff Backend Software Engineer to join our Portfolio Data Workflows team in Poland. In this role you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure products that power our financial data ecosystem. You’ll provide technical leadership, education, and guidance to engineering teams across the organization and recommendations to leadership. You’ll draft and champion strong architectural practices; use them to ensure technical strategic alignment with business objectives as well as to mentor and train engineers.  You’ll identify structural or organizational blockers and technical debt in order to propose and drive solutions, while helping to modernize our architecture to support our expansion into European markets. This position offers exceptional scope for technical leadership in transforming how our global clients interact with and leverage financial data. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Warsaw. The current range for this role is 475,000  - 570,000  złoty (base salary) . Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
