If  you're  hungry to engineer something that matters, Scout Motors is where that ambition finds its highest gear.   We are seeking a Senior Automotive Network Integration Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and validation of in-vehicle communication networks across complex, software-defined vehicle platforms. You will own end-to-end network integration across ECUs, ensuring deterministic, secure, and scalable communication across all vehicle domains. This role is highly cross-functional, bridging EE architecture, embedded software, diagnostics, and vehicle systems engineering, with significant influence on platform-level design decisions.  This person  will define how all vehicle systems communicate robustly on the platform —directly shaping the reliability, scalability, and performance of the entire vehicle platform. Your decisions influence architecture direction across current and next-generation EV systems.   Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Define and lead validation strategy for vehicle communication networks: CAN / CAN FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet (DoIP, SOME/IP)    Establish test coverage models for signal integrity, timing determinism, fault tolerance and degradation behavior to ensure traceability from requirements → signals → test cases → results   Own validation execution across multiple environments SIL, HIL (hardware-in-the-loop benches) and vehicle integration testing    Design scalable regression test suites for ECU communication systems    Ensure consistent behavior across simulated and real-world environments
