The Sr. Solutions Engineer works as a member of the Professional Services team, interfacing directly with LogicMonitor customers while working closely with internal Customer Success Management, Tech Support and Training teams. As a vital member of the Professional Services team, you’ll work directly with customers while collaborating closely with Customer Success Management, Tech Support, and Training teams. In this role, you'll tackle our most challenging projects, support enterprise customers with innovative solutions, and drive key internal initiatives to elevate our service excellence. Responsibilities :  Lead Complex Deployments : Spearhead large-scale, intricate Professional Services engagements to ensure seamless execution. Drive Product Enhancements : Identify product gaps, feature requests, and issues, and communicate these insights to Product and Development teams. Deploy Custom Integrations : Implement tailored integrations using REST APIs to extend functionality within and beyond the LogicMonitor platform. Advocate Best Practices : Share technical best practices and lessons learned with peers to elevate team performance. Stay Informed : Continuously monitor new product features, updates, and enhancements by leveraging internal resources. Collaborate on Scoping : Serve as a key sounding board for Solutions Architects during the scoping of complex customer engagements.
