As  Sr. Software Developer III (Salesforce) , you’ll architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce solutions in a regulated, enterprise environment. What you’ll do: Lead hands‑on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative capabilities. Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that align with business and technical requirements. Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and platform events. Design and implement data models, security architecture, and role-based access controls. Define and enforce development standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD approaches. Troubleshoot advanced performance, integration, and production issues across all environments. Lead technical discussions in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Make architectural and technical decisions, weighing trade-offs and providing recommendations to leadership. Support release planning, deployment coordination, and environment management Maintain technical documentation and support audit and compliance efforts. What you’ll need to succeed: Active DoD Secret Clearance Masters degree and 10 years of Salesforce development experience, OR Bachelors degree and 12+ years of Salesforce Development experience Extensive Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and enterprise-level integrations. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and development best practices. Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable system architectures and lead technical execution. Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams. Proficiency with version control and CI/CD concepts. SLARY RANGE: $128,000 - $165,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
