The Sr. PM has mastered project management tasks and is focused on mentoring these skills in their team. Sr. PM Is are developing and utilizing their contact lists with clients and engaging with business development and sales. Sr. PMs provide a keen focus on the quality delivery and profitability of the job by planning, scheduling, and managing the project team while ensuring that the schedule and project goals for the job are met.  It is critical that they perform this work within the policies, ethical standards, and objectives of Hermanson Company. Sr. PMs will also be responsible for employee training and the development of Project Managers, as well as focusing on their own growth and development.  They coordinate with other departments or group managers to help meet strategic company goals, and to provide world-class customer service and build strong customer trust and relationships. Roles & Responsibilities - General: Promotes teamwork and a positive winning team attitude through leadership. Establishes and maintains a trusting, working relationship with foremen, superintendents, customers, engineers, general contractors (GCs), and subcontractors. Performs all essential duties and responsibilities in accordance with Hermanson Company standards and procedures. Provides management on one to multiple projects and project teams. Maintains personal development plan to review with your manager. Has working knowledge of the local construction marketplace. Has technical knowledge on mechanical & plumbing systems, building codes & standards, and Hermanson Construction standards. Roles & Responsibilities - Pre-Bid / Bid: Develops conceptual, plumbing, piping and sheet metal estimating skills. Seeks opportunities to participate in estimates and estimate reviews. Reviews contracts with our customers to understand scope and contract terms for notification, billing, and other critical information.
