To learn more about our offerings, click here .   What You’ll Do     The Senior Manager on Strive’s Performance Team will work cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making, strategy development, and execution around total cost of care (TCOC) reduction. This role works closely with clinical, financial, technology, and operational leaders to establish governance processes and track performance against key organizational priorities - from strategy development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. The candidate must be entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and highly collaborative. They should be a curious self-starter, who is excited about the prospect of identifying opportunities and designing solutions to advance the business. This role will report to the Senior Director, Operations.    The Day to Day   Build subject matter expertise in key reporting tools and data sources that inform Strive’s performance metrics, delivering visibility to company-wide performance results through clean, intuitive reporting.    Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly to Strive’s leaders, identifying areas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks. Serve as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise performance goals.   Develop standards and processes that facilitate Strive’s priority and strategy setting.   Support TCOC process and performance reviews with regional clinical and operational leaders.   Support the governance structure, operating cadence, and program management processes for Strive’s enterprise transformation initiatives.   Coordinate execution across major workstreams, including clinical model evolution, technology modernization, workforce transition, product and customer experience changes, and reporting and analytics modernization.   Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strive’s mission and priorities.   Work with business owners to identify&nbs
