The Browser Technology Team (BTG) develops cutting-edge technology to make users more productive through an enhanced, more secure web browser experience. We are looking for a talented and proactive Engineering Manager to help us drive a growing and highly experienced team of engineers, working together to build state-of-the-art security products. As part of your role, you will have to conduct daily meetings, evaluate team capacity and work closely with principal team members and directors to successfully execute planning and milestones. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working closely with various Netskope engineering and deployment teams to better understand the services and products . You will also play a key role in understanding the requests from various engineering teams, tackling their questions and concerns, creating scalable methods and  ensuring technical details are communicated effectively. Furthermore, you will be responsible for consolidating, clearly communicating, and helping to prioritize feature requests. Finally, it is expected that you will be able to take ownership of high priority features and bugs for the engineering teams, communicate clear responses to and ensure the highest priorities issues are addressed as quickly as is feasible.
