Reltio is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead a team responsible for developing and operating core data movement and integration capabilities within the Reltio Data Cloud. In this role, you will drive execution, mentor engineering talent, collaborate closely with Product and Architecture teams, and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions that power our customers' data ecosystems. You will play a critical role in translating business and product goals into engineering outcomes while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.   Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on data movement, data processing, and integration capabilities. Coach, mentor, and develop engineers and technical leads, supporting career growth and technical excellence. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity. Technical Delivery & Execution Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native services. Partner with Product Management and Architecture teams to define roadmaps and execute against strategic priorities. Ensure engineering best practices in software design, testing, observability, reliability, and operational excellence. Technical Strategy Contribute to the technical vision and architecture of data movement and integration services. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to platform scalability, performance, and maintainability.
