About the Role The Senior Implementation Consultant serves as the Project Leader and Delivery Owner for enterprise implementations. This role is responsible for structured, end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. Leads the end-to-end onboarding and deployment of Motive’s hardware and software solutions for our largest and most complex enterprise customers. Acting as the primary point of contact during implementation, you will define project strategies, coordinate cross-functional resources, ensure adoption, and prepare customers for long-term success on the Motive platform. This role blends customer leadership, technical configuration, project management, and change-management expertise. Key Responsibilities Project & Customer Leadership Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from kickoff through deployment, training, and transition to long-term support. Serve as the single-threaded owner of project delivery, accountable for timelines, scope, risks, and overall customer experience. Lead customer stakeholders through structured project planning by defining: Scope and success criteria Milestones and timelines Roles and responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project plans and tracking mechanisms, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies. Proactively communicate project status, risks, and changes, driving clear expectations and timely decision-making. Facilitate structured customer cadences (kickoffs, weekly status calls, executive updates) to maintain momentum and alignment. Project Governance, Risk & Execution Establish and enforce project governance standards, including status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication plans. Identify, document, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs), driving mitigation plans and escalations as needed. Manage scope control and change management, ensuring alignment to agreed deliverables while navigating evolving customer needs. Hold internal teams, partners, and customers accountable to project commitments and timelines. Balance multiple concurrent enterprise implementations, ensuring prioritization and delivery quality at scale. Hardware & Software Deployment Guide customers through the end-to-end setup, configuration, and deployment of Motive hardware and SaaS solutions. Translate technical and operational requirements into clear, actionable execution plans for customers, installers, and internal teams.
