About The Role:  The Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician provides advanced technical leadership in the operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical facility infrastructure supporting GMP manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards through proactive maintenance, building automation oversight, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: Corrective, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Execute and lead corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for critical facility and utility systems. Diagnose complex equipment failures using technical expertise, root cause analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance practices. Develop maintenance strategies that improve equipment uptime, reduce recurring failures, and extend asset life while maintaining GMP compliance. Support shutdown planning, emergency response, and equipment commissioning activities. Building Automation System (BAS) Monitoring & Optimization Monitor, analyze, and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS) to maintain environmental conditions supporting GMP manufacturing. Troubleshoot alarms, investigate system trends, optimize control strategies, and coordinate corrective actions to maximize equipment performance and energy efficiency. Support system enhancements, commissioning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide after-hours troubleshooting and on-call support for building management and monitoring systems. Site Facility Maintenance Lead and perform maintenance activities on facility infrastructure including HVAC, utilities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building systems. Ensure facility assets remain reliable, compliant, and available to support manufacturing operations while minimizing downtime. Coordinate contractor activities and verify work is completed in accordance with GMP and safety requirements.
