Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Engineering Department in an office/production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Sr. Engineering Manager will oversee engineering functions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, automation, and product quality while assisting this Engineering Department as needed.
