ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Senior Data Analytics Specialist, you'll be a key member of the Marketing Analytics and Data Science team based in Prague, partnering with stakeholders across our global consumer brands, including Norton, Avast and LifeLock. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics, you'll help drive data-informed marketing decisions by delivering insightful analysis, performance reporting and scalable analytics solutions. Your work will span campaign performance, web and mobile analytics, experimentation and dashboard development, enabling marketing teams to optimize investments and improve business outcomes. We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with technical expertise, business curiosity and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. You'll also leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve productivity and support smarter decision-making. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Deliver timely, accurate reporting on marketing performance across our global consumer brands. - Analyze campaign performance across paid, owned and earned channels, identifying trends, optimization opportunities and actionable recommendations. - Monitor website and mobile app performance to uncover customer behavior insights. - Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to understand new initiatives and ensure analytics support evolving business needs. - Lead ad hoc analyses that answer strategic business questions and influence decision-making. - Design, build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that improve visibility into marketing performance. - Continuously improve and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase analytical efficiency. - Work with experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing design, measurement and interpretation. - Interpret outputs from attribution and lifetime value (LTV) models to support marketing investment decisions. - Leverage AI tools responsibly to improve analytical workflows, coding productivity, reporting and communication. ABOUT YOU: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or Computer Science (advanced degree is a plus). - 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, preferably within a digital-first or direct-to-consumer environment. - Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets. - Experience working with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery. - Experience using BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker. - Fa
