Hi Marley is on a mission to transform how the P&C industry communicates, making those moments faster, easier, and more empathetic for carriers and the customers they serve. We build AI-powered software that keeps everyone in the claims conversation informed and connected. If you believe insurance can combine operational excellence and automation with a human touch, we’d love to meet you. We’re growing quickly and looking for a Sr. Account Manager to join our Growth Team. In this role, you’ll own and grow a set of Hi Marley’s most strategic and complex enterprise accounts, serving as a trusted partner to customer teams and executive stakeholders. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive alignment, navigate ambiguity, and identify opportunities to deepen our impact and expand relationships. Teamwork and shared enthusiasm are a core part of our culture, which is why this role involves joining us in the Boston office for 2-3 days each week.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the executive owner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of Hi Marley’s most strategic, complex, and high-value enterprise accounts, building and sustaining trusted relationships up to and including the C-suite
Develop and execute multi-year, executive-level strategic account plans that align Hi Marley’s roadmap with each customer’s most critical business objectives and transformation initiatives
Navigate highly complex, matrixed organizational structures, competing executive priorities, and ambiguity to maximize the strategic value of Hi Marley for the customer
Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer teams to drive end-to-end execution of account strategy
Partner closely with the Customer group to ensure measurable value realization, adoption, and renewal across the portfolio
Own pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment for a portfolio of high-value, strategic enterprise accounts, consistently delivering against multi-million-dollar revenue targets
Maintain disciplined, accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, account plans, and activity tracking within Salesforce (or comparable SFA tools)
Demonstrate deep industry expertise and Hi Marley solution domain mastery; serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership on key business issues, processes, and trends
Continuously monitor industry competitors, market dynamics, and emerging product trends to anticipate customer needs and surface strategic opportunities
Represent Hi Marley at executive events, conferences, and customer engagements to elevate brand visibility and cultivate a senior network across the P&C ecosystem
Operate with executive-level autonomy and judgment in managing complex enterprise accounts, owning both strategy and execution to drive measurable customer outcomes
Synthesize insights from enterprise engagements to inform GTM strategy, product roadmap prioritization, and executive decision-making
Shape complex deal strategy and serve as a player-coach to the Growth Team, mentoring peers and codifying best practices
What We’re Looking For:
10–15+ years of enterprise account management experience, including a proven track record of closing and expanding complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise software deals
Demonstrated success selling in long sales-cycle environments (6 mo.+) with multi-stakeholder, executive-level buying committees
Track record of leading and growing large, complex Fortune-class enterprise accounts and engaging at the C-suite and senior executive level
Strong executive presence and the ability to build authentic, trust-based relationships at every level — both internally and externally
Exceptional executive communication, storytel
