COSMOTE Global Solutions NV , a key player in the ICT industry and part of the OTE Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced Squad Lead to lead and mentor a dynamic team of software professionals. This role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Owns end-to-end delivery accountability across all squad workstreams and applications — from technical architecture and Kanban flow through to production deployment. Manages cross-app dependencies, leads the technical shift strategy, and is the single project management interface with head of unit and senior management. Coaches the team, drives continuous improvement, and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and QA Lead. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 11+ years of experience in software development and team leadership roles. Experience in software engineering as a team lead or technical lead Hands-on background in Java and/or JavaScript / React development Strong working knowledge of Agile and Kanban, including WIP management and flow metrics Experience managing technical migrations or platform shifts Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business-level status and risk language Proven delivery accountability — ownership of outcomes, not just execution
