Requirements Must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of operation Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate therapy Experience or strong interest in utilizing creative approaches and innovative therapy modalities Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering connections with children and their families A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, clinician-led environment Benefits Compensation: Highly Competitive Benefit Package Traditional 401(k) plan with a 50% match Financial Literacy benefit including access to budgeting tools, education and trusted guidance Health, Dental & Vision Insurance coverage via a BlueCross BlueShield HMO Plan.
