About Us TheraPeds Partners is a therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with schools to provide Speech Language Pathology (SLP ) services to PreK–12 students nationwide. As a team of special education providers, we understand the education process, IDEA requirements, and the importance of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment. This is a part-time or full-time hybrid role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in Southgate, MI. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs. Job Details School-based opportunity with a 37.5-hour weekly schedule , with full-time and part-time opportunities available 2026–2027 school year ( September 2026 through June 2027 ) Hybrid school-based assignment serving students in Kindergarten through 12th grade, with a combination of on-site services and remote responsibilities based on district needs. Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates with an active Michigan LARA license are encouraged to apply Provide direct speech-language therapy, complete comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in case management responsibilities Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication and educational success Guaranteed paid hours include direct services, documentation, report writing, planning, meetings, and administrative responsibilities Balanced caseloads designed to promote high-quality services and a positive work-life balance Ongoing collaboration and professional support from both the partnering school district and the TheraPeds Partners team $60–$85+ per hour , with estimated weekly earnings of approximately $2250–$3187+ based on a 35-hour schedule
