Job Description The Specialty CSR is often the first point of contact for clients visiting our specialty services, offering both professionalism and compassion. You’ll support seamless communication between clients and doctors, assist with scheduling, and help ensure that each patient’s visit runs smoothly. Position Details Full-time schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each Dedicated to our Specialty Departments (supporting Internal Medicine, Surgery, and other advanced services) Opportunities to work closely with specialists, technicians, and assistants in a collaborative, client-focused environment
