Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and talented Sourcing Professional to join our dynamic team.  The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a qualified, compliant, and cost-effective supplier base. Lead sourcing activities for product development and commercial projects to ensure timely material availability and successful launches. Drive supplier performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence through strategic sourcing and continuous improvement. Lead the sourcing team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives and support organizational growth. Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (Master’s or MBA preferred).   4-6 years in pharmaceutical sourcing or procurement, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.  Proven experience in sourcing for regulated markets (EU, USA, GCC) and in accelerating development-to-launch timelines   In-depth knowledge of API, excipient, and different pharmaceutical developments    Strong negotiation and supplier management skills focused on speed, quality, and cost balance.  Expertise in GMP, ICH, and international compliance frameworks.   Advanced proficiency in Oracle systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI).   Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.   Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
