You will work as part of a delivery pod, partnering closely with Staff and Senior engineers to design, build, and deploy production-grade systems for enterprise customers. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems, working with customers, and applying GenAI capabilities in practical, production environments. This is a delivery-focused role that blends strong software engineering fundamentals with applied AI and customer collaboration. You will: Contribute to the design and implementation of customer-facing solutions. Build and enhance backend services, integrations, and workflows using JazzX’s platform. Apply GenAI and LLM-based capabilities as part of reliable, scalable systems. Work closely with customer teams under the guidance of senior technical leads. Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving deployed systems. Learn and grow toward broader technical ownership and leadership. Key Responsibilities Hands-On Software Engineering Write and maintain production-quality code across backend services, APIs, and orchestration layers. Implement integrations with multiple third-party systems using RESTful APIs and service interfaces. Contribute to system design discussions and follow established architectural patterns. Ensure features meet quality standards for reliability, performance, and maintainability. Applied GenAI & Agentic Systems Implement LLM-powered features such as agent workflows, reasoning steps, and tool interactions. Work with prompts, tool interfaces, and control logic to support agentic behavior. Help evaluate agent behavior using real-world signals such as correctness, latency, and cost.
