This role is a key part of the technical team, driving solution design and cross functional coordination from early planning through implementation. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in technical problem solving, solution design principles, and modern infrastructure or cloud‑based technologies. This role will independently manage a variety of efforts including, submittal review, progress construction drawing review, and site‑specific building solutions. While experience in data centers or industrial environments is beneficial, it is not required. Candidates with broader technology, engineering, or architecture backgrounds who are eager to take on complex solution‑design work are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, a customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Comfort navigating ambiguity, mentoring junior team members, and working effectively in a fast paced, cross‑functional environment is essential. Travel: Ability for up to 25% travel to company gatherings or to project sites Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid); Will consider remote candidates with strong qualifications Compensation: $90k - $108k (Offers Bonus) Essential Responsibilities - Lead the coordination of A/S/MEP design activities with external engineering consultants and ensure cross‑discipline design alignment. - Gather and document customer A/S/MEP requirements in partnership with the Solutions Architect Team, driving clarity and completeness. - Provide onsite leadership during construction to verify architectural and structural work aligns with design intent. - Drive collaboration with design and construction teams to address site‑specific challenges and improve constructability. - Oversee the coordination of construction documents prepared by third‑party design consultants. - Identify and manage project risks throughout the lifecycle, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as needed. - Lead the development of engineering standards, documentation, and team processes. - Provide technical data and documentation to the Commercial team and program managers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals. - Lead the review and processing of design submittals to ensure compliance with Rowan standards and project requirements. - Manage progress construction drawing reviews, providing detailed feedback on design development and coordination across disciplines. - Drive the development of site‑specific building solutions that address unique project conditions, local code requi
