WHAT YOU'LL DO? - own technical relationships with top accounts across discovery, architecture, integration planning, launch, and tuning - build proofs of concept end to end in Typescript, Python, our SDK, and the customer stack - debug customer issues live - devtools, logs, repros, notebooks, and Github issues engineering can act on - write reference architectures and reusable code patterns the next customer can use - partner with engineering on the enterprise roadmap when repeated customer pain points become product primitives - dogfood Composio to automate your own customer workflows "MUST HAVES" if you are very good, nothing is a must per-se - applied engineering - you have shipped production code, not just demo code - you can make architecture calls under pressure and defend them in front of senior engineers - customer technical ownership - you have carried a customer from first call to live deployment - ai native - you have built with language models - you have built for language models - you keep up with what the frontier labs ship - taste - you have finger feel for what makes a good developer experience - typist - you can write docs well and explain complex ideas clearly - human - you build trust and admit what you do not know OPTIONAL - multiple years writing Typescript or Python in production - background at a developer tools or infrastructure company - contributions to a major open source project - started companies or built large side projects
