Veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses are strongly encouraged to apply.     Tria Federal is seeking a Solutions Architect to support a large-scale Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Infrastructure Operations initiative focused on Application Hosting, Compute & Storage services. This effort supports enterprise hosting, cloud operations, compute infrastructure, virtualization, enterprise storage operations, operational resiliency, and infrastructure modernization across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. The Solutions Architect will provide technical leadership supporting enterprise infrastructure modernization, hybrid cloud transformation, operational resiliency, automation initiatives, virtualization environments, and enterprise operational sustainment. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across hybrid cloud architecture, enterprise infrastructure operations, virtualization, enterprise storage, automation, and operational modernization within large federal enterprise environments. *CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD* Basic Requirements Solutions Architect responsible for designing and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud, compute, storage, virtualization, and enterprise hosting environments. Experience supporting large federal enterprise infrastructure operations environments within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), or similar federal agencies. Hands-on experience architecting and supporting: AWS and Azure cloud environments VMware virtualization platforms Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes environments Enterprise hosting platforms Enterprise storage environments Disaster recovery architectures Infrastructure automation frameworks Experience supporting enterprise cloud modernization and migration initiatives. Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code and automation solutions leveraging: Terraform Ansible CI/CD pipelines Automation orchestration Monitoring automation Strong experience supporting enterprise storage and backup environments including: NetApp Dell EMC Commvault Replication technologies Disaster recovery operations Experience supporting cybersecurity and compliance initiatives including: RMF NIST 800-53 FedRAMP DISA STIGs Zero Trust architectures   Fifteen (15) years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments with at least eight (8) years serving in technical architecture or engineering leadership roles. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
