Description
We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering real-world AI/ML systems into operational environments. This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer need, and business value, bridging the gap between advanced machine learning capabilities and the practical challenges faced by our customers. As a key technical lead in customer-facing engagements, you will explain the capabilities of Mind Foundry’s products, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and work collaboratively to identify high-impact opportunities where our technology can deliver meaningful outcomes.
Working closely with our Technical and Mission Systems teams, you will help shape new opportunities by identifying where existing technologies can be applied and where new capabilities are needed. You will contribute to internal business cases, customer proposals, bids, and technical marketing content, clearly articulating how Mind Foundry’s products address complex operational challenges.
From an internal perspective, you will act as the voice of our customer, ensuring customer priorities and operational realities are reflected in product road mapping and delivery planning. You will work closely with our product, engineering and science teams to help shape solutions that are technically robust, commercially valuable, and aligned to customer needs.
To be successful, we are seeking a candidate who likes to move quickly, build things to test ideas, prove feasibility, and create new value. We are looking for someone who is comfortable trying new things and learns from successes and failures.
Because of the nature of this work:
You will be required to travel to and work from client sites and partner locations. When not working onsite, this role can be office-based or hybrid from our Summertown, Oxford office.
You will need to hold existing or be eligible for UK Security Checked Vetting (SC), details of which can be found on the Gov UK website .
