Acting as the bridge between customers, Product Management, Engineering, Delivery and Professional Services, you will lead solution discovery, shape solution approaches, and ensure successful outcomes across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role focuses on understanding business objectives, defining solution approaches, aligning stakeholders, and guiding delivery teams through complex and often cross-functional programmes of work. You will work collaboratively across multiple domains and products, influencing decisions and driving alignment without direct management responsibility. The ideal candidate combines strong business understanding, technical aptitude, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to simplify complexity into clear, deliverable solutions. Occasional travel may be required to support customer workshops, strategic meetings, and programme activities.
