Own the creation and maintenance of key delivery artifacts, including solution design documents, process flows, data dictionaries, requirements traceability matrices, and user story backlogs. Decompose requirements into succinct, sprint-ready user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, driving consistent and high-quality solution delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies — including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and stand-ups — and support cross-functional teams in adhering to Agile and SDLC frameworks. Model and document current and future-state business processes using industry-standard techniques such as BPMN, swimlane diagrams, and workflow mapping. Leverage emerging automation and AI capabilities — including AI writing assistants, automated transcription, and workflow automation tools — to accelerate discovery documentation, user story generation, and cross-team communication.
