Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor on behalf of our prestigious client. The role requirement is for 3-4 days per week. Reporting to the Head of Private Client, the successful candidate will be experienced and technically competent in all areas of Private Client law. In this role, you will advise clients on Wills, Estate Administration, Court of Protection, LPAs, Drafting Deeds of Variation, Inheritance Tax Planning, Contentious Probate, Trusts and Probate. Requirements Must have a minimum of 7-8 years PQE Outstanding communication Confident in handling your own caseload Excellent organisational skills – particularly diary, file and time management Ability to use initiative A friendly, positive and proactive approach IT skills including Outlook, Word & Excel Approachable and empathetic Team player Benefits 25 days holiday 8 Bank holidays Christmas office closure Health care Standard pension 3 months probationary period with a three-month notice period thereafter Free parking Salary: £52,000 pa to £75,000 pa (negotiable depending on experience) Interested?
